Water-Based Fluorescent Penetrant

Designed for testing materials sensitive to petroleum-based penetrants, this water-based fluorescent penetrant is free from petroleum derivatives, making it safe for use on plastics and ceramics. Ideal for leak detection, it ensures compatibility with various materials, though it's always advisable to test the inspection material prior to use.

The penetrant can be conveniently diluted with water to adjust its viscosity for easier application. Notably, it does not include a corrosion inhibitor, as the materials it targets are generally not prone to corrosion. For optimal results, pairing this penetrant with a powder developer is recommended, as liquid developers may wash out the penetrant from surface flaws in non-metallic materials.
