Magnaflux S-Series Demagnetizers
Overview
Magnaflux industrial demagnetizers remove any residual magnetism remaining after conducting Magnetic Particle Inspection. Demagnetization of ferromagnetic parts and materials often requires a requisite to final finishing or to ready an item for its ultimate use. Compact in size and ruggedly built, Magnaflux demagnetizing equipment offers a fast and efficient method for demagnetizing a broad variety of part types and sizes. All of our S-Series Demagnetizing Units carry the CE and UKCA marks.
Series Models
The S-Series includes three continuous duty demagnetizing units: S-66, S-1212, and S-1515.
Design Features
The Magnaflux demagnetizers are compact tabletop units designed to be conveniently integrated into an existing magnetic particle inspection system. Oil and waterproof by virtue of their plastic impregnated glass coating, they can be flush mounted to the work surface with supplied angle supports to facilitate easy part insertion by the operator.
