Magnaflux 7HF Oil-Based Visible Magnetic Particle Suspension

Experience the precision of nonfluorescent (visible) wet method magnetic particle testing with this highly-sensitive oil-based magnetic particle suspension aerosol. Designed to provide clear, strong indications, this product is perfect for detecting fine and medium discontinuities in finished parts. Ideal for field testing, spot inspections, and situations where bulk processing is impractical, it enhances inspection capabilities in various environments.

For improved contrast and inspection sensitivity, pair the suspension with WCP-2 white contrast paint, making it an excellent choice for remote inspections of tubing, piping, and large structures.

Maximize indication detection

  • Utilize the smallest particle size available to find indications of all shapes and sizes.
  • Heavy buildup of highly magnetic particles enhances contrast, especially when combined with WCP-2 white contrast paint.
Convenient to use
  • Inspect in all conditions without the need for darkness or UV lights.
  • The aerosol format ensures easy portability for field use.
Wide application versatility
  • Inspect a diverse range of components while avoiding concerns about corrosion or specification non-conformance.
Features
  • Clear indications under visible light
  • Heavy particle buildup for better visibility
  • Excellent particle mobility
  • Corrosion protection for parts and equipment
  • Broad spray pattern for even coverage
  • Superior surface wetting
  • Very low toxicity and low odor
