Aerosol containers are considered "Dangerous Goods" for air shipment and require special HAZMAT marking, special HAZMAT packaging, and the services of a certified HAZMAT freight forwarder who can prepare the "Dangerous Goods" declaration. Woodward Equipment does not offer this service. Aerosols may be shipped via UPS Ground Service only within the contiguous United States. Additional items classified as "Dangerous Goods" include YM-5 Permanent Magnets and Spotcheck SKC-S Cleaner in all container sizes.

Free Shipping Offer:
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $700.00 within the contiguous United States. Oversized items and shipments heavier than 50 pounds do not qualify for this offer and will be billed using standard UPS shipping rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our return policy is simple: 1. Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 2. Returned items and packaging must be in original condition appropriate for resale. Magnaflux items that are factory calibrated and certified are non returnable due to aerospace traceability requirements. Calibrated and certified items include UV LED lamps, light meters and all other Magnaflux products that require annual or bi-annual calibration. All aerosol products are non returnable.
Items not returned in original condition, including packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee and/or a partial refund. Some items are non returnable due to manufacturer certification. These items include, but are not limited to all Magnaflux brand products. All returns require a "Returned Goods Authorization" available by calling our Customer Service Department. Any return not accompanied by an RGA will be refused. Cut-to-Length Products: Because of the special nature of the products, we will be glad to cut products to length per your specifications. Cut-to-length products, however, are considered final sale and may not be returned for credit.
Orders may be cancelled up to notification of shipment details.
Product Availability and Lead Times:
We make every effort to supply up-to-date information on our inventory stock status and back order lead times from the manufacturer. Occasionally, items we normally stock may be on back order with the manufacturer. Item availability listed on our web site is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of delivery within the specified time frame.
Back ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Additional freight charges may apply depending on the number of back ordered items.
State of Washington Customers
We are required to collect Washington State Sales Tax for all orders shipped within the State. Due to the complicated structure of Washington State's Tax Code, we collect a flat 10.5% for all orders when they are placed. We will assign the correct tax code to each order during processing and refund any tax over-payment. If your company or organization is tax exempt, please make a note in the comments section of the checkout pages. We will contact you for documentation.
International Orders and Shipping
Depending on item availability, international orders typically take an additional 2 -5 business days to process. International Orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide service. If you prefer a different freight carrier and have an account, we are also able to ship FedEx or DHL. Shipping rates displayed during checkout are for shipping service only. Additional taxes, duties, fees or licenses may be required by the destination country for customs clearance. Any and all additional costs required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser as we have no practical way of calculating these costs in advance of shipment. International shipments that are refused are subject to restocking fees described above, shipping charges will not be refunded.
